Update
Drive and enclosure showed up. Parted and fromatted the disk put in the machine selected OD on the enclosure and booted to a virus rescue disk. Tried a couple of other iso's works great. My stack of CD's should shrink now.

I just received mine and put in a 500gig drive. initialized and formatted. created the _iso directory. I copied a bunch of .iso files to the directory. They all showed up when I turned the wheel. Can't wait to try it on another machine. I think that it is really a neat tool for my bag.
thanks Strollin for the heads up.

Mine works great. Don't be surprised if some iso's don't boot. In particular I have not got the iso for MS system sweeper to boot correctly.
I have ordered the Zalman Case from Amazon. May take another 10 days to reach me in India. In the meantime I have to get a 2.5" HDD. Which one is best? Not all brands and capacities will be available here. So three or four HDD options welcome.
Strollin:
The difference could probably be explained away by hardware. If that module is only good for thirty days, I won't get to up tight. The others (iso) I have tried seem to work fine. Some of the virus rescues can't find a net connection to update, which is solveable I think. But they have the same problem from a CD.
Jumanji:
I don't know what is the "best" hard drive. Here is the one I used.
Newegg.com - Western Digital Scorpio Black wd5000bpkt 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache 2.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Notebook Hard Drive -Bare Drive
@Hammerhead - I'm sure you're right about hardware differences being the problem. Didn't you say you tried several different machines? You'd think it would work on some that you tried, especially if other ISOs booted on those machines.
@Jumanji - I don't think there is a "best" drive to use. Here is the one I put in mine: Samsung Spinpoint 160G. Pretty much any 2.5" SATA drive will work fine. Drive capacity is up to you.
