Windows 7: i think my brand new VIDEO CARD is broken

in the end, it turned out to be a faulty video card.... i had it replaced and everything works fine now.. :)

lol, for the long discussion that you had, in the end its the v.card. so you haven't replaced anything except for the faulty card?
