    webcam problem


    hi..Asha here
    I have installed windows 7 on my HP Pavilion dv4 series.But now my I m unable to find hp webcam option in my laptop though it is working fine with skype.I am unable to start HP smart media option also. Also fingerprint option for setting password is not working now.I also have update my webcam driver & the status is "working properly".
    Initially my laptop was with windows vista and all these options were working correctly.Is there any problem with windows 7?
    plz help me.

    You need to check with the HP support site for Windows 7 drivers and download and install any that are needed.

    Was your webcam or fingerprint reader ever working in Windows 7? you may need to reinstall the drivers. just below your screen there should be a model number, search HP's website for the drivers for this device.
