Starting Computer: hkcmd.exe - Bad Image

    My laptop has many non-responsive programs including windows itself, meaning folders, etc. How do i fix non-responsive programs first as well.

    Sort out the drivers first , You will find with the right drivers installed many of the problems you are now seeing will disappear ,have a look in device manager and seeif any devices have a yellow triangle with an exclaimation mark insde it next to the devices,if so right click on the device and select "update driver" windows will the search for a better driver if one is available

    i have downloaded the driver, the problem still occurs, it's this one right?:
    Chipset.intel etc etc etc.

    Also, none of my drivers have that ! mark.
