win7 will not access my dvd drive

i keep getting the windows cannot access drive or file error. it works in safe mode but not normal mode, i also tried to disable my network security feature in Microsoft essentials , any idea's?

Try this . remove that device from device manager . restart then see if this fixed the problem ..
