I'm not really understanding the problem...you say that you can't access drive C: but then post screenshots that show a drive P: - and it appears that the system partition is drive S: ... The partition layout is pretty unusual as normally there wouldn't be an extended/logical volume before a primary system partition. How did this happen? Can you provide more details please?

Wonder how this mess could have happened...how does a C: drive change to P: o.O
I'm not sure what to suggest at this point, it looks like the filesystem is seriously damaged...before untertaking any recovery efforts you might make a complete clone of the P: partition as an image file just in case (a sector-by-sector copy). This would allow you to try all kinds of things to retrieve data from P: without having to worry about further data loss since you could just restore the image for another attempt if something goes wrong.
But without more information as to what in blazes happened here I'm unable to come up with better ideas
Looks like you have a dual boot system with Windows 7 installed first and XP installed on a logical drive on extended partition later.
From the third image you have posted, it looks like the P: has only RAW data which means the partition though healthy, the NTFS file system is not accesible.
Try using a file recovery program like RECUVA (freely downloadable) in Windows 7 and recover maximum no. of files from the RAW disk.
Later on you may format this partition and reuse it again. It is difficult to recover your Windows XP OS from P: and you may have to reinstall it again.

What about the possibility to convert the file system from raw to ntfs or fat32 so I can open drive (p)
and When I do that, Can I see all folder as before

There's no way of simply changing the raw data to a recognizable filesystem without knowing what happened in the first place. Software such as the above-mentioned Recuva is your best bet at this moment.
You may not like it but you don't have much of a choice. Sorry
Corazon I will describe to you what happened in detail
1 - I have a 160 MB hard disk is divided into two parts, the first 30 MB and it Windows XP is what the problem occurred and the second 120 MB
2 - I wanted to survey data from the second part . I could not because of the presence and Windows 7, one of the programs I have done, but there was a problem in xp boot in first part
3 -re install Windows 7 on Part II
4 - NTLDR is missing , My concern is to solve the problem and i am fail in this
5 - used some of way to solve the problem from dos , repair os
6 -EasyBCD program used to rewrite mbr
7 - NO WAY : (

I'm beginning to have a feeling that whatever it was you did in step 5. changed the type of the first partition from primary to logical. If you had gone from step 4. to step 6. and simply added a new boot entry for XP, it would have been fine :-/
Can you provide more detail about what you did trying to fix things from a DOS prompt?
