So, Bulldozer was a disappointment. What now?
Should I get a Phenom II X6 1090T or an FX-8120? I don't have to get one or the other, but I'm not going to buy an Intel CPU. Not yet anyway...

have the new range of bulldozer CPU's hit the market yet? PC format was saying it was a little odd as they have a whole stack of new bulldozer ready mobos, but no cpus yet to test
I will probably buy an Intel CPU in the future, seen as AMD has failed me. But for right now, I only have enough money for a new CPU (The extra money was for a backup motherboard).
bipassed the news today, stupid Blackberry blackout meant i was internetless at work
i paid a little over £280 for core i5 2500k and an ASUS P8Z68 board, which i considered dirt cheap
im loyal to intel, only ever built 2 AMD rigs, one was an aging Duron 1.4ghz based device and more recently my media pc using AMD E350 all in one mobo, but apart from the fact it says AMD on boot up ive never thought about the difference
im not really upset over this we all know in a year or so something better always come out
That is why i never belive the Hype never thought it was going to kill everything
In my eyes i just want a decent rig don't have to have the best but then again the top 6 core cpu looks appealing now
i was waiting for bulldozer to come out so i could see what it was. looks like this is it for me. if i run into some extra cash maybe the 1100T CompUSA.com | HDZ965FBGMBOX | AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Quad Core CPU
im good off the new cpu for a while anyhow i got this current one running 4 ghz anyway
Im waiting on this RMA deal now so i will be back to full tilt maybe something will catch my eye in future ventures but this seems to be more waste your money scheme as of right now
Im a enthusist but don't want to spend money everytime something new comes out
