I have an idea... If I remember correctly Unetbootin uses a linux based system, so maybe you can use Ubuntu live cd to help you fix the boot order back? Worth a try!

Tools Chkdsk with no /f /r says errors, bootup chkdsk says none
AHCI disk. Running chkdsk from Properties Tools with no autofix says there are errors. Dismount the drive and reboot. Chkdsk reports no errors found. Properties Tools Chkdsk still syas there are errors. Auslogics Defrag also says there are errors.

i got bad sectors on my HDD on surface scanner it showed 1300 bad sectors. so i was worrying about my data i was thinking that if i buy a new HDD and connect it with the old and copy the data then will my new HDD get bad sectors :/ ?
