For the Power Supply, this ones on sale at NewEgg ATM.
Newegg.com - SeaSonic X750 Gold 750W ATX12V V2.3/EPS 12V V2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Same one I have, and absolutely love it.
Granted, 750W may be a bit more than you need, but at $109, its a good deal for a Gold Rated Seasonic.

May be worth considering.

Sweet. Amazing. Thank you everyone for help, i've decided which pc i'll buy.

Cpu: i3 2100
Gpu: Nvidia geforce gts 450
Mb: Msi h61-p21
Ram: 4gb 1333MHz Kingston
Hdd: 1tb hitachi probably, maybe samsung
Case/psu: Midi ATX 520W Blueberry ( That 750w would be nice, but i don't think i will be able to afford it... Lousy Serbia )

Edit:

So today i bought this one:
Cpu: i3-2100 3.1GHz
Gpu: Ati Radeon HD 5770 1GB GDDR5
MB: MSI H61m-p21
Ram: 4GB DDR3 1333MHz Kingston
HDD: 500GB WD
Case/PSU: Midi ATX 520w Blueberry

I hope i made all the right choises about components, i think i did, because everything runs smooth, even the games, suprisingly, BF3 at medium/high at 1680x1050 doesn't drop below 30fps, at least in SP.
