    select times roman in WORD instead of arial. or another strange font. Makes that a difference?

    I'm not sure you interpreted Kaktussoft's restore point suggestion correctly, he didn't mean to start making more frequent or more volume of restore points from this point forward, but rather a method to show all the restore points on your computer, not just the most recent 5 or so.

    Yes I did understand it. I was also saying that I'll adjust it so restore points are made the appropriate way but for my situation that won't change the past non existent restore points.
