Customization of Laptop
Recently I just upgrade my laptop memory into 8Gb, Then I just want to upgrade my laptop's CPU and video card. So can I do that? And how? Sorry about my bad English again.

Probably -- NOT.
Laptop motherboards tend to be customized versions, for which it's very difficult to get information regarding what CPUs they will accept. But, if you are able to determine the make and model of yours, you can then do a Google search to see if there is any technical info available that will provide that info.
As to the video card. You most likely have a video chip(set) soldered to the laptop motherboard. So, the only way you can "upgrade" that is if your laptop will accept you adding a video card. Some do, most don't. Depends on if the laptop case has the facility for adding cards.
Thanks for the information. :)
