Ok the BSOD is caused by your Atheros wireless wlan card driver (so ... update your driver to the lasted one because yours is from 2009)

Also update your Synaptics Touchpad Driver yours is from 2008

(And try to update all your other device drivers that have an update avaible)

Is there an easy and simple way to go about updating drivers?

I attempted to update the drivers via manual driver update but it keeps telling me the drivers are up to date.

So I have used a popular driver updater. (driver Agent) And it has told me what drivers need updated but when i try to update them via device driver. It always says drivers are up to date?

Okay so I tried having windows download the drivers automatically. But my windows is no longer genuine. So the I can't use the microsoft driver updater. I attempted to re-put in my cd key and it's not accepting it.
My computer used to run vista but I had a friend change it to windows 7 for preference.

I do not know how to get these driver's manually without risking messing something else up.

So far so good. I have updated the athereo wireless card and have not seen any BSOD yet. but still early to tell.
there are some other problems that need fixing and will report in the appropiate threads. thx a lot for the help everyone!

Will mark this as solved in 1-3 days if the BSOD does not reappear.
