    DVD Writer issue

    Hello Friends

I have made my DVD Writer as primary boot device from BIOS.But , while booting ,the pc directly starts through hard drive. It doesn't ask me to press any key even if bootable dvd is present in the rom. What can be the problem ?

    Regards

are you sure the dvd disc is bootable?

have you tried other discs that you know boot correctly?

Since you have verified that you can boot other DVD's then I would reburn the DVD at the slowest possible speed. You are burning the ISO as an Image File arent you?
