Please confirm the compatibility between these components.

Okay. I want you to answer these.

Is this motherboard,
Asrock N68C-S UCC AM2+ Micro-ATX Motherboard: Computers & Accessories (<<<Motherboard link)

A. Compatible with this already owned processor? AMD Processors for Desktops: AMD Phenom (<<<Processor link)

B. Compatible with these RAM DDR3 modules? (<<<RAM link)

C. Compatible with this already owned HDD? (<<<HDD link)

Furthermore, would it all fit into THESE CASES --->
(two cases I've considered...)

D. 1.CiT Imp Micro ATX Black Interior Case 500W 12cm Black PSU - Impressive and Inexpensive Micro ATX Gaming Chassis: Computers & Accessories

E. 2.CiT Wraith Black Interior 500W 12cm Black PSU: Computers & Accessories

Thanks. Please answer like so,

a. yes
b. yes

and feel free to add any notes/suggestions, I really need to just confirm this. I've looked at sockets etc and so far I'd say everything would work together! But please confirm.
