    Go to device manager and uninstal the usb drive shown under U S B Controllers.After completion just scan for hardware changes the drive will be recognised

Hello all, My friend's Windows 7 x64 ultimate machine recognizes some USB flash drives but not some other ones. The types of all are USB2 and also all drivers are installed (device manager). I don't know what is the problem. Is there any idea please?
Some USB flash drives do NOT like being named. They're just so shy they want to be anonymously referred to as "Removable Disk". They all work fine but this naming demonstration will NOT be tolerated. Either they conform or I'll crush them under my boot.
