Kevin Vo: My laptop has 2 Recovery paritions OEM
Kevin Vo: I don't have my manuel but how do i do the full recovery with those paritions ?
Kevin Vo: Or do i need to use the CD
Mike P: Yes the recovery CD.
Kevin Vo: What does the recovery oem parition do?
Kevin Vo: It is 1.50gb and 10gb.
Mike P: If you have the recovery on the partitions to have access to this recovery tab F11 on boot up.
Kevin Vo: Ok what will happen if i delete the oem parition?
Kevin Vo: When i do this it will recover my laptop like it was when brought?
    Mike P: That correct.
Kevin Vo: Ok thanks so no need to use the CD just press F11? How long will this process take few hours or so?
Mike P: Around an hour yes.
Kevin Vo: My laptop is orginally windows vista and i upgraded to windows 7, will it delete windows 7 and i have to install windows 7 again
    Kevin Vo: ?
Mike P: It will be the same as it was when it came out of the box.
Kevin Vo: ok so it will delete all the viruses and files that i have?
    Mike P: Yes.
Kevin Vo: So no need for a CD just F11 when it says window is starting ?
    Mike P: That's correct.
Mike P: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
Kevin Vo: No thanks very much i was figuring this out for 3 days! I will use this as my guide now thanks Mike P.
