Through settings in the BIOS, assuming your RAM can be sped up.

Use Google, read, learn.

If you are trying to speed up the netbook you have listed in your specs, the chances are it can't be done.

I moved into a city that has 1gbps fiber and I got it. I set my computer up to run Ubuntu or Windows 7 in the Ubuntu OS I have full speed, like 980mbps but in Windows I can only get around 370mbps, they informed me that it was a know issue which is why they carry around laptops with Ubuntu instead...

Computer Bottleneck- HDD - SSD. giving data speed to proccessing speed
Through the windows experience im at 7.8's / 7.4's... with my hdd at 5.9. looking at getting a ssd to level everything up.... but what i dont know is... how does the read/write speeds translate into processing. what read speed is equal to the rest of my rig? I just dont know how it translates...
