    USB3 Drives don't work

I put in a SSD drive and now my two USB3 drives don’t work. I hook up the 2 USB3 drives and installed the drivers and one work for a little while but the other wouldn’t work at all. With the other hard drive I had in before that my Windows 7 was on both USB3 drives work just find. I called up Western Digital and you only have a 30 day tech support and can buy one for $14 or send them in. But they work fine until I put in the SSD drive. Does anyone know why this is happening?

There have been a lot of teething troubles with USB3 interfaces and drivers.

I'd take a look at whether the motherboard has any updated BIOS builds available.

I think it was the USB Hub that I have things plug into so I'm going to get a card instead of using a Hub, one card for USB 2 and one card for USB 3
