Hi there, thank you a lot for helping. My problem with acronis 2012 was, that i couldnt use the deinstaller ! I also tried to reinstall 2012 again and deinstall than. But The Deinstaller gave me an error: Something like: Acronis couldnt found. So the only way to deinstall was to use the cleanup 2012 tool from acronis and deleting the Acronis folder from program files.

Damn acronis, big failure testing the 2012 version. 2011 runs well.

Will try to read the other threads tommorow. Thanks
Have you tried re-installing since you used the cleanup tool? May be worth an attempt.

Very odd. Sounds like a possible registry problem. Acronis may have corrupted something in the registry. Registry cleaning tools are also known to cause problems like this. Have you used any registry cleaning tools in the past that may have caused problems with your registry, or do you think it is just Acronis?

so should i deinstall 2011 and try to install 2012 and deinstall it again ? I deinstalled it with Cleanup Tool from acronis and than used the WIndows Install Clean up Tool. And i had to give some registry keys user premissions to access.

How is the system behaving now that you used the cleanup tool?

Your problem is not a common occurrence that I could find, unfortunately. You may have to try a Repair Install to fix the registry issues. If that does not work, the only recourse is to Clean Install Windows 7 and guarantee no problems reside on the system.

If you need help with the repair install, let me know. It will keep your user files and programs on the system and just re-install Windows system files.

okay i think thats the easiest way to do a repair oder clean new install. -.- It took to much time for now, reinstall should be faster, as searching for a solution for the registry. I will save my files and make an image anyway.
