I'm not sure why you are using a dynamic disk, but in my view you need to back up any important data and convert to a basic disk.

Have you read through the tutorial I gave you the link for?

Please read through it carefully. If you choose Option Four you can convert a dynamic drive to a basic drive without losing any data.

Whichever method you choose please make sure you backup all your important data first and that you have what is necessary to re-install Windows should things go drastically wrong.

Once you created your fourth primary partition you run the risk of converting the drive to a dynamic drive.

What you should have done is create a logical partition as part of an extended third primary partition.

If you looked at my partitions...everything is on DYAMIC DISK..so I can't delete them...
everything is backup..so I will proceed with OPTION 2 "DELETE VOLUME" in command prompt boot...

Run HDD 5.0 or Crystal disk info to check if disk is really ok in the S.M.A.R.T. status screen.

    thank you for suggestion...

    Now,my notebook back to normal..

1.DELETE "DYNAMIC DISK" using command prompt boot.
    2.create new partition "NTFS".
    3.set primary partition
4.PROBLEM actually came from CATALYST CONTROL CENTER....
When I tried to install ATI graphic card driver,it together with CCC,so..I tried to install ATI driver only instead CCC.Now my notebook working perfect...

To conclude, what I can say,my notebook hang/stuck because of CCC faulty n maybe nothing to do with "error" in Dynamic disk....

Admin : I will mark this thread as solved within a week...
