Format old OS hard drive

    Once you get the C drive sorted out you will need to use Diskpart again to remove the Active flag from that old hard drive. Then you will be able to format/erase it.

    And Folks: A general rule when installing Windows is to disconnect all extra hard drives before you start. Only the drive you want the OS installed to should be connected!

    Yes, that looks normal. Congrats!

    Just to check, disconnect all but that C: Drive (Disk 3).
