when i reboot next ill check my bios, and what am i looking for? i need to just uncheck boot from usb? if i have it selected its most likely my 4th option, not sure that maters, but my list would most likely be, CD-HDD-Recovery-USB if i did it

Hi, im having an odd problem im new to windows 7 and i just noticed that DVDs i have burned do not show up in My computer it just looks as if the drive is empty and if i click on it, it just ejects the tray but if i try to play the DVD via say VLC it plays fine, any ideas what it could be?
