Which fans specifically? How are this fans connected? What type of connections do these fans have? Generally speaking most fans are connected directly to the mobo via a 3 pin connector...ie cpu fan, case fan 1, case fan 2.

Your middle link is broken...gets the "500 internal server" error and the other two pics don't show any physical connections.

if you are connecting through a potentiometer and not the directly to the motherboard chassis fan headers, your BIOS is not going to read the fan speed. Are you sure they are not working?

You could connect directly to 12V (get fan to molex adapter if needed). Maybe the potentiometer is bad.

Looking at your mobo, it has 5 fan connectors that I can see. 2 cpu fan connectors (1 3pin and 1 4pin) and it has 3 chassis/case fans connectors, all 3 pin. Like I suggested as well as GeneO, connect the fans directly to your mobo.

What type of case is that and was that potentiometer built in or an add on?

Okay will try. Thats correct about fans wwhat you said. 5 fan connector, blah blah....

Maybe is potentimeter. I was afraid of that, because now I have to remove mobo to get cables on the other side of case (actually to get cables inside of case).

    Case is fractal Design 300.
