It confuses me, I thought the first beep, are 2 beeps, so its only 1 long beep not 2 short beeps, right?
I'm 97% sure the two mini beeps add up to one long beep.
    Yep.

If you noticed, there is another beep at the end after the 1 long beep and 8 short beeps, is it long or short...it's short, right?

1 short = DRAM refresh failure. The programmable interrupt timer or programmable interrupt controller has probably failed.
1 long = POST has passed all tests.

The 1 long beep can't be for sure because is missing the video card so it can't POST, right?

The last beep was a little odd, it sounded like a normal POST beep - yet you're right in assuming that without a video card installed, it shouldn't POST normally.

Do the Beeps, all of them, keep repeating until you switch off?

Yeah, but it takes some time, about 15 seconds and then repeats the beeps.

That's normal then. It's definitely not POSTing.

Tbh, I'm not sure what that last little beep is indicating though

    It might be this?

1 short = DRAM refresh failure. The programmable interrupt timer or programmable interrupt controller has probably failed.

But I don't know what is this about...RAM maybe.

I'm hesitant to say yes as much I'm hesitant to dismiss it entirely.

I take it you don't want to buy a card just in case there is another error with the parts?

Do you have another card you could install to test with?

Yes, you got it right, I don't want to waste my money if it has another problems.

Unfortunately, I don't have a PCI-E video card, I have another computer but it has a AGP video card, now I am on my laptop.

One thing to try would be to remove the ram and compare the difference in how long it takes for the ram error beeps to follow the video error beeps.

If the RAM error beeps are the same amount of time as the single beep, it could be indicative of a memory issue.

It's a bit of damned if you do, damned if you don't situation unfortunately.

So, you want me to remove the RAM and see how the motherboard beeps without RAM?
