First of all forgive me if it is not right place to post such kind of thread here.
I have Dell XPS L502X with Windows Home Premium X64. few days back i bought Bluetooth mouse and attached it with my laptop. but after some days my Bluetooth explorer disappeared from taskbar notification area.
I use help section to figure where Bluetooth Explorer is but unable to find it.

If it was a Dell application, try to download and re-install from your support site: Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States]

If it was an application that came with the mouse, re-install the application from the disc that came with the mouse or from the manufacturer's support page for the mouse.

it was a dell app. i downloaded it and re-installed it but nothing happened then i went to control panel and tried to uninstall "Intel PROset/Wireless Software for Bluetooth Technology" but it does not even uninstall it says "To Remove this software, first be sure that the Intel wireless adapter is correctly installed and enabled"

    what should i do now?

Do you have your wireless enabled? Fn + F2 will enable the wireless device if it is disabled.

Have you done any new installations of software or hardware that you can remember just before it happened? Or possibly a registry cleaning?

Daemon Tools is known to cause problems on some systems. I am guessing that was the culprit in your case. Best wishes the bluetooth application will continue to work now. :)
