I don't think it is a good idea to run the test whilst you are downloading. Maybe you can run the Atto again when the system is free.

    A 240GB Mushkin SSD for $138

I think that is a good deal. I just bought it because my experience with my other Mushkin Chronos SSD, which I had since over 1 year, is very good. Reliable and fast. And usually SSDs that size go for over $200.

You do see where it says pciide-BAD? Could be connected to wrong port or a BIOS setting.

Could also be an alignment problem. Check that:

Couldn't that also be that ahci isn't enabled?

AHCI : Enable in Windows 7 / Vista

I don't think so. I have a system not using AHCI and 'BAD' does not show.

You installed it in IDE mode, BAD idea. This is a complete guide (step by step for your OCZ SSD ) straight from OCZ ABC GUIDE - New Build 2013

A short version would be to secure erase, no formatting/offsetting etc.
Before install set AHCI In motherboard settings and set as *Sata* not *IDE* have the AMD SATA AHCI Driver (from the motherboard download page) extracted on a flash drive and click load drivers during installation. Also if you have Gsata ports, you could try those? Unless this is a PCIE SSD? Could be in the wrong lane?

Your SSD is still 'Bad'. Did you ever check the alignment.
