Are you referring to he Samsung Magician software?. I have a Samsung 840 Pro SSD & I have installed the Magician Software. When you have installed it you can perform those Samsung performance screen shots that are shown in this thread.
You can also make a lot of changes in it operation as well & set things like the Page File size etc.

Yep just wondering if anyone actually uses the software that comes with it,
I got the 850 evo and noticed the software disk and said that's new seeing none of my Crucial ssd's came with any disks :/

I got that with mine too, I didn't open it.
I think it's the data migration software and Magician.
I just downloaded Magician.

Good luck with that , i have complained on their website numerous times and they just brush it off. It doesn't help having lots of reviews on sites like Amazon saying "great drive , very very fast " lol.
I don't know what them folks have been smoking but their not living in reality.
There are a few posts that say the drive does not meet advertised specs though.

Probably comparing to a hdd is why everyone says it's very fast 
My Crucial mx100's seems faster than a speeding bullet but don't bench well at all so who's to judge :/
I'd say the best test is in real time usage
