HD Tune 2.55 is the free version - correct? Its results are limited but appear to work for my Crucial SSD. So are we saying these results are incorrect for V2.55 & SSDs?

I wouldn't worry about it (I'm sure you're not!). But where do you get this Anvil Storage Utility from and is there a free/trial version? The Beta link version is finished now.
    I can't find it.

I'll ask Anvil if he has a free version to play with.

Alright, thanks. I thought it would be since the Windows 7 installer does it for me.

OK, here is an OCZ Solid-3 60GB on an older i7-870 System with a SATA-II controller.
Also there is a Kingston HyperX 120GB SATA-III in the same system, and on the same controller. Scores are nowhere near some of the best posted here. But real world usage is great. System is a lot faster with them in here. Getting ready to put a 2TB Seagate HDD in it for meaningful storage space.
