You don't have to, but a secure erase will return performance, depending on the number of writes it has accumulated, it will start to have a diminishing affect as the SSD gets higher number of writes.
If it's still performing well for you, then don't worry about any benchmarks or the WEI score, leave it as it is.
That is a really nice SSD, that's a great score.
Any noticeable performance increase over the other SSDs you have?
