    Yes it is in a Dell E6530. 8 gb memory. I also have a 840 Pro 256 gb in my Media Bay for storage. I tried to set the bios to ACHI but it gave me a hard time. It wouldn't boot in ACHI and ended up using the bios setting's that Dell had setup with the HDD.
    Did you try this? AHCI : Enable in Windows 7 / Vista
    Yes we did in a very aggressive way with help here from katusoft and I finally got it done but it wasn't as good as what Intel wanted in my bios.

    I would call it average. The only number that really counts is the 4K num - and that is good.

    What make/model SSD is it.

    I guess they Secure Erase them and check that all the Nands work and replace them if required. Maybe they do some cosmetics too.

    For the Revo drive they probably also have to check the controllers etc.

    this is my new disk
    OCZ Vertex 450 Low Profile 7mm SSD 2.5" SATA 3 6Gb/s

    The test where done while downloading games with STEAM in the background...
