This is probably a software issue. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc. Click the Processes tab. You should see a list. Look forsomething under the description column that says something like "Dell Keyboard", "Launch Manager" or "Dell Hotkeys". Now note down the name of the process. THIS IS ESSENTIAL! That will be something like "hotkeys.exe". It must end in ".exe". Right click it. Click "End Process Tree". Click OK. Now click File, then New Task or Run. Type in the name of the process that you wrote down. If an error occurs, go to the Dell Support website and download the drivers for your laptop.
i have problem with brightness control please check my problem...
