Greg, when I extract that, it's not an iso. How should I burn/run it?

That's because it is the Home version which you install to Windows to try the same thing. It will reboot to complete the conversion.
Rightclick to Extract the files to run Setup as Admin.
If this fails then you'll need to use one of the other methods given here: Convert a Dynamic Disk to a Basic Disk
Back up your files first.
Yeah, you are correct Greg. Something strange is going on here. After I used your recommendation, which worked perfectly, I moved important files from my original HDD, to my new secondary. When I used Disk management to delete the volumes and reformat that drive, it showed that it was being reformatted for use with Windows Server 2010. I ticked the drop down an the only other option was server 2008. Don't know why. I Have a 7x64 Premium disk and SP1 update. Anywhoo...
Currently Imaging SSD and secondary drive to the backup drive. After that they will backup as well. Everyone's recommendations have helped tremendously. I appreciate each and everyone who helped. Your knowledge and heart for doing this is unmatched.
Thanks, as always, 7 Forums
