See if you can copy out your files to external using WIn7 installer: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console or if you can find a disk drive use Paragon rescue disk recover data

You might have to take the HD out and slave it in another computer to retrieve your files.

Then plug in only target HD, reset BIOS to defaults, while in BIOS setup set SATA controller to AHCI to try install. Follow these steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
