    Nice catch Michael.

Installing Microsoft's IDE Controller will help the performance, it's not good that nForce users have to deal with this issue.

Let us know what you find, once it's sorted you will be amazed and sorry the W7 loading wasn't the beginning of the amazement as it was for me and most others but once you drop the left click on Photoshop and it pops up in a fraction you'll be hooked.

Glad you got it working. And thanks for the reps thought. That is quite alright. Steve and myself have too many reps anyhow.

Steve will probably say:" Speak for yourself" - LOL.

Glad to hear it worked for you.
Isn't it nice when there is a relatively simple fix to a bad problem.
    Good on you BFK.

Speak for yourself. LOL. Since you mentioned it, I had to say it. Glad you got it to working well, and don't worry about the rep. They always say it's the thought that counts. Good job.
