Unidentified Device detected

Just inquiring for my problem its not actually a problem but an annoyance

every time my system is booted up the icon in taskbar of New hardware is there searching for drivers then it will say unable to find hardware ....then i go to device manager and go to other devices there was 2 unknown device so i uninstalled them...they were gone ...and back after 3 seconds.... and won't be removed same with the unknown device detected searching for drivers... anyone know how to remove it? im not connecting any usb devices at my ports though

all i can see is DevNote as i cant see Hardware ID

tried looking through the registry found it and tried deleting it but cant...access denied i tried changing permissions etc but access denied too
