How to install a new SATA 6 HD under Windows 7

OK, so I just installed a new HD.
Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Green WD20EARX 2TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

I hooked it all up and the BIOS seems to see it.
And Windows "found new hardware" and "installed drivers".

    Now what? :)

    BTW, I'm not seeing a D:

But the new HD is "working properly" in Device manager.

    Is this normal?

    Have you format it?
if not then this should help. just go from step 2.

You can go thru disk management or open an elevated Command Prompt (run as administrator). Type or paste each of the following commands (one by one) and hit Enter after each command.

    Diskpart
    List disk
Select disk n (where n is the number that was given for your stick in List disk)
    Clean
    Create partition primary
    Format fs=ntfs quick
    Exit
