    Problem with Ipod Touch


    Hello, SevenForums

    I have a problem with my iPod touch. It is a new iPod touch and i had no problem with it for a long time then one day it just started to not work. every time i plug it in it comes up with a error message saying



    It wont charge or connect to iTunes so i cannot sync any music!

    Please help! I need my music for when school starts back up! :|

    Try restarting your computer, removing the driver for that, or reinstalling iTunes.

    No Im trying to find my brothers cable but hes not sure where he left it.

    I restarted my computer a few times this has been going on for about a week now. I uninstalled iTunes and that did not help.


    Ill try the driver right now and see how that goes!

    I would suggest also trying it in a different computer just to make sure the iPod is ok.

    Also it is always a good idea to use the safely remove hardware function first before unplugging it to eliminate possible corruption of the device.

    You might also try a system restore to a date prior to this message.
