This could help, your motherboard should have what they call 'memory ok' technology, which when you press the little black button (near the CPU right hand side I think) it's supposed to do what it says memory ok, it mskes adjustments so all your Ram works together.
No it wont work if the module(s) is damaged, but according to ASUS it may drop the speed to 1333 or similar to get everything ok.
You can then, on the tenuous thought that you might get to the desktop, install and use ASUS AI suite II to adjust upwards.
How do I use it? I have google how to use it, but the explanation is complicated to me.

Ok, Old 8gb that there was no error after the test using memtest86. And now I have entered a new 8gb into the system, and windows running well. So, is it the problem is that when both 8gb +8 gb used together? Will be setting something?

    # When I use both 8gb x 8gb Ram and cpu to become very hot. Even though I use it a few minutes.

If you have read through the motherboard manual and it states that you can have more than 8Gb of RAM then you can be sure this isn't the problem.
It could be overheating, if you install all four sticks then boot into BIOS and look for Hardware Monitoring, check the temperatures of case, CPU etc.. While you're at it you could check whether the mobo is picking up 16Gb of RAM.. This will also be in the BIOS

I fully expect somebody else with a little more knowledge to help, I'm just suggesting what I might try.

I am honestly at a complete loss.
Assuming the ram was eventually tested at some point.
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+
it needs to be tested outside of windows in case windows is a contributing factor.
I'm short on time so can't re-read everything.

The thing is he's dealing with a z68 chipset here.
Pretty much by definition he has no max ram. Whatever can fit should work.

XMP would be my next guess as to the problem.
Possible motherboard is version 1.2 and ram is 1.3 or something silly like that.

True, check BIOS is up to date, and Chipset drivers also.
Could it be a compatibility issue with another piece of hardware?

On an unrelated subject, Maguscreed, your system specs

Internet Speed depends on if you ask me or my provider.
