    Check this possible solution.

    Recuva is pretty good too.

Whaterver you do, don't try and use the card until you have tried recovering the data from it, otherwise you'll increase the risk of losing the lot.

You have to try and tell us.

Ok. None of the two suggested will write anything to your memory card. So you have nothing to fear to try them out.

    Cons
You can't open the files, or if you can all that shows up is a bunch of garbled stuff. It doesn't restore your files the way you had them before you lost them, it recovers to a bunch of numbered items and you have to go through each one.

hmmmm..... this is what I read about Wondershare Data Recovery in download.cnet.com. One of the only two. And a 1 star rating.

Still we would rely on another actual user experience with whom we have a real contact. Complete the exercise and let us know whether it met all your requirements. Also try the other two and give us a comparative report. We all continue to learn.:)

If it does perform admirably, we would definitely add it to our recommend list. As far as Recovery software is concerned some may work well for some and may not for others. There is actually no one size fits all.

I had a similar problem before 2 months. Actually when a data is lost through virus attack or unknown causes. It does not mean you have lost it completely. The directory which shows the address of the data only would be erased. I recovered my photos and videos very easily through a software utility. you can also recover data from micro sd card
