    windows 7 won't print recognise external hd can't access control panel


    hi my laptop was working now it won't print i can't access print manager, it won't recognise the external hard drive i can't get at the control panel, i've run a full scan alls well!? tried various prompts
    anyone anywhere any ideas?

    Hello toxicelt.

    Run a System File Check to ensure your system is not corrupted. SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
    Also do a Full Scan with MalwareBytes to see if there is any malware causing this.
