    There still out of the screen and whenever i take a screen shot it shows a normal screen

    ah i see. there should be an auto adjustment button on your monitor. just press that and it should be back to normal.

    There is only one button, and thats the power button

    are you sure? cause all monitors have those buttons. or probably yours is a touch one. have you fiddled with the power button? does it allow you to change the brightness and colors? if yes, there should be an option for auto adjustment too. it could even be at the back left of right corner of your monitor.
