    HP Photosmart C7200 Stopped Printing

All of sudden my printer will no longer print from computer but will print from printer. Have run HP Print Doctor 3 times and each time it says "Everything checks out OK ". My network is working. It seems to be holding printing in queue. Only thing I can think of is that I recently put two new ink cartridges in. Have taken them out and put them back in several times and they seem to be OK. I am running Windows 7 Home Edition 62 bit. Have tried turning off AVG to see if that is interfering and it doesn't seem to make a difference-still won't print.

    Hi mjgraham39, welcome to 7f! :)

Does your print doctor compare to this as to file name, release date, and version?
HP Print and Scan Doctor - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

You say your network is okay.

    • Is the C72 for more than one machine?
    • Are you using USB?
    • Is this wired or wireless?
    • Have you checked in Device Manager for any Alerts?

If you can print from the printer, but not your machine we will have to go over the network connections, and settings.

Yes Print Doctor the same. One laptop on the network, wireless, Network Configuration Page states network status is "ready". the Device Mgr result - "windows cannot fix problem. Contact network administrator"

Thank you for your reply. With #5 you did see an alert for the C72?

I'm thinking; Since this just happened, and before we go to far, have you considered a System Restore to a few days before this happened?
