Very nice Motherboard Tony, I am not sure I understand your question but if your asking if your board will support using a SSD the answer is yes. I would look for SSD that is USB 3.0 to take full advantage of your hardware.
As long as it's a standard x4 card, you shouldn't have a problem using an x8 or x16 slot.
Generally, the lower numbered card can be used in the higher numbered slot.

Nice drive, nice specs, not worth the money though. Plus some people reported all kinds of problems with the Revo drive.
I would go for a plain old Sata3 SSD. Much more straight forward and you would probably not notice any difference. And you save a bundle.
But as was said, it would fit on x8 or x16.
