mouse locks up intermittently

    Run WDO, Windows Defender Offline. Use the link in my signature.
    WDO will automatically run a quick scan. when quick scan is finished then run a full scan over all of your drives.

    WDO will get rid of some nasty boot sector viruses being missed by other software. WDO has one big advantage. WDO runs offline.

    0 threats detected.

    Something else,mouse was still freezing all day,then I noticed it had once again started working fine late aft/early eve.

    Earnhardt,
    I'm at the end of my suggestions especially since you say that it will hang even in the bios and that you have updated the bios, chipset drivers and other drivers.

    Now you know how I've been feeling,lol.

    No worries and thanks for all the help,I'll be moving in a week and a half back to where i was before,If all else,I'll Do another upgrade and all might be good.

    I feel it may be something in the mobo,so I may replace it then.
