    Did you read your manual, section 1.7?

    Channel A is the 2 slots nearest the CPU.

    Asus recommends the blue slots.

    Probably not if your thinking of installing one of each, now, if you get two matched sticks of the Komputerbay memory yes.

    Even if you don't OC, I would still try the Blue Slots, like iggy said, experiment, the matched pairs may just run better in the Blue.
