    Mouse scroll wheel doesn't work

    Good Evening guys.

I have a problem here that has been bothering me for quite a while now...
I have a Silvercrest OM1008-M mouse, it has a lot of buttons and it is pretty nice. I used to use it in my desktop but I sold the desktop and kept the mouse. When I tried to use the mouse in my laptop I noticed my scroll wheel doesn't work, immediately installed the latest drivers and it even has a place to configure all the different buttons including the wheel, but even with everything properly configured the scroll wheel still doesn't work in Chrome, FFox, Word, etc. BUT it works with the volume!! that's right, every time I scroll up or down the volume changes, so I know it is not broken! lol any ideas? thank you VM

    ps: win 7 32

Always try the source first: OM1008_manual

At first glance - volume is the default for the wheel. I'm sure they have a way to change the buttons and wheel settings so you can do with it as you wish.

    Good luck
