I would do the CLRCT first.
It's easy and may solve the problem without doing anything further.
BIOS flashing is not something to be taken lightly. It can go wrong and cause major problems. And at this point, you are only guessing that it will help. It's kind of a last resort.

The USB memory will appear as a hard drive in Q-flash. After successful flash, reboot, enter BIOS and load optimized defaults. Save (F10), exit and reboot.
Is it possible that my motherboard supports only 32bit windows?
current bios version is dated to 2008/09/19
newest is to 2010/07/12

I've never tried to use the keyboard during a W7 installation. Could be normal. Lets see if others have anything to say about that.

Don't try to insert the stick after you have booted and are in the BIOS.

If you can.
Otherwise, look up your processor specs and see if it has 32 bit or 64 bit addressing.
I did CLRCT and restored default settings in bios. My ps2 mouse&keyboard works fine, windows works okay.
USB is out of use, if I try to plug usb keyboard, it ends the possibility to use keyboard in bios, and also mouse in windows. usb memory stick is also out of use.
I was wondering how I could update my bios as usb stick is out of use. That is the last thing (bios update) I got to try before upgrade my motherboard.
I would not recommend trying to update a BIOS when you are dealing with hardware issues. If your current BIOS worked previously and is not working now then you need to correct the hardware problem before trying an update.
Flashing a BIOS on a flaky system could have dire consequences.
In your BIOS setting there should be settings for USB controllers.
Be sure all USB functions are set to enabled.
Is the setting for "Legacy USB Support" set to Enabled or Auto?
I've tried to enable usb keyboard support and mouse support but it doesn't make anything better

So the problem as it stands right now is that you have lost USB function at the BIOS level?
How about in the OS?
Actually there is one problem plus to all tihs, my wireless network driver connects to router, but gets no internet connection (other computers do from the same router).
As if I'd get the internet working, I would use the ps2 setup for now..
