    SD card format issues

It seems that my SD card cannot work. It was working just fine before, but after using a CMD command to install a Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Installation to it, from disc drive directly to the SD (which I now want to remove) it can no longer be read by computer.

Upon inserting the card, my computer prompts me telling me I need to format the disc. It then opens a window saying the following :

Capacity : Unknown Capacity (this is the only option)

File System : FAT, NTFS, exFAT (and what I want is FAT32, but it's unlisted)

Allocation Unit Size : Default allocation size (this only changes when choosing NTSC or exFAT.

But upon attempting to format (under any set of options) it just tells me that it can't be done.

Attempting to do so in CMD only gives me an error as well.

Currently, the computer is reading the card as being in "RAW" format. It can't read how much of it is being used or unused. In disk management, the whole drive reads off as 14.43GB of Unallocated space.

    So basically...what do?

    Thanks in advance.
