    and see the bottom right corner image in my computer screen my hdd is connect but not showing the drive in my computer window

    That one is unallocated ... you need to format it at first to get access to it.

    Follow these tuts to proceed :
    Partition or Volume - Create New

    Data Partition

    i have tried both the option i am giving the error as "the media is write protected" how can i solve this....

    The write-protected external drive is from where?

    This disk has been write-protected by someone for a reason.

    Since proof-of-ownership is an impossibility over forum communications, then I can not be of assistance.

    I suggest you take the external drive to a computer repair shop in your area.
