LCD Viewing Angle Problem

Is there any way adjust the viewing angle of a LCD monitor, moving or rotating my monitor doesn't work ?

No, this is caused by the hardware limitations of your monitor.

How do I change the angle of view on my monitor
I had to change the batteries on my Logitech wifi keyboard. In doing so I rested the keyboard face down on the desk. Immediately the picture on my monitor moved 25 degrees to the right. The top of the picture is now on the right and the bottom on the left. The whole picture is sideways....
